Great Salon. I would like to defend Darque Tan on the last post. I dont understand how this person thinks they steal info. You give them a card to deduct your monthly billing there are no contracts or scams. As far as trust goes I have asked to buy lotion with my credit card on file and they cant even look it up. I am sure they want my sale but the girls do not even have access to my card number, I think they have the last 4 numbers. I have never met the District Manager because I have never had an issue but I know the employees I do deal with are great. I was asked to visit this site because more customers take the time to complain then to compliment this salon! I think this salon is great. They are clean and the beds are great although I do have to wait when it comes to the higher level beds. The staff is really nice and very helpful. They just added some massage rooms too!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO!!!!!. DO NOT TRUST THESE GIRLS! They stole my credit card information and made fraudulent charges on my card. Terra, the worst district manager I have ever met, has been a total witch to me this whole time. She has been unwilling to explain anything and completely unhelpful. The only way for them to refund my money, is for me to give them more of my bank info! Are you kidding me? This place is untrustworthy and the girls behind the counter have access to all your info at their will. I do not recommend tanning here because in order to do so you HAVE to give them your bank info… seems a little sneaky to me. Check your bank accounts because I guarantee I am not the only one this has happened too. Oh and it will take them OVER A MONTH to even offer a refund.

Darque Tan - Westminster. The staff has always been friendly but they don't know the procedures on how to correct or cancel an account.

I lost my job in June and cancelled my account in July. At that same time, I developed a spot of skin cancer on my face.

Believing my account was cancelled I was shocked to see that they are still charging my credit card in August.

When I called to talk to the manager, the staff only guesses when they will be available. Then when they contact their manager, management instructs the staff to send me to the web site. Like how is that is going to help?

Don't let anybody automatically charge your card. Their follow through is non existant and they will continue to add charges to your card.

Great Salon Great Prices. I started tanning just to build a base for a vacation. I did just that in about 4 maybe 5 tans. They have great beds really current not old like some reviews have stated. There 18.88 is so easy and its not a contract at all. I can cancel at anytime and I wont get charged. I was in the salon maybe a week or so ago and all levels of beds got new bulbs or so I was told. I also looooove the vera spa they have! The package thing is a little confusing but its not extra unless I want it and if i have extra money i can use it even if i am not a "member" but they have a membership that is 28.88 for 2 levels not just level 1 which I love!! The staff is nice and the manager (s) are great. I ran into 2 girls that said they were managers and I love them. They have great attitudes. I love the place I tell all my friends! Give the girls a chance... they are young.

OMG CROOKS!!!. So how would you feel if someone stole from you? Not cool... RIGHT? Well evidentally this place thinks that is ok. I have been violated and I am gonna share with the world. So I go into this place where the twit behind the counter knows less about tanning than I do, and decide not to join the 18.88 membership cause the beds are from like 1952 so I put down a $100 package. Went and used the higher level beds a total of 3 times.. for around 8-10 mins each. I didn't use my membership for a couple weeks and then come back and the next clueless girl says my account is empty. Said that someone had been using it to sunless tan... POINT BEING NOT ME. Tried contacting a manager and sent an email on their website... No respone its been almost a month now. BUYER BEWARE THESE UNDER DRESSED CHICKS BEHIND THE COUNTER ARE USING YOUR ACCOUNTS TO TAN!!!

Nice Tanning Salon, Convenient Location. After reading the previous reviews, I felt compelled to write something myself. My fiance and I have been tanning here for about a month and have not experienced any rudeness from the staff. They aren't overly friendly either but I guess I don't require a lot from the staff at a tanning salon. When we signed up the girl at the counter was very willing to spend time with us explaining the beds, packages, etc.

The rooms are clean and have radios-I don't require much else. You aren't supposed to make a left turn out of the parking lot and that would probably be my biggest complaint. Good place to tan. I have not tried the Mystic tanning so can't comment on that.

ANY Darque Tan location in CO. Sadly, the regular staff at Darque Tan are consistently RUDE and LOW IN INTELLIGENCE and communication skills. While the place is clean, good luck getting anyone who is competant enough to explain their plans to you. One of their workers named Kendra actually called me a "Bit*h" b/c she did not want to have to explain the contract. Yes, they do require contracts for VIP memberships!! They call them "billing agreements" but they are CONTRACTS!! DUH!! Please, Darque Tan, require your staff to take a basic intelligence test before hiring. DO NOT GO HERE!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!! The staff move around locations so buyer beware!!!

I LOVE THE BEDS!. THE BEDS AT DARQUE TAN ARE AMAZING. WHEN I FIRST STARTED GOING THE BULBS WERE NEW AND THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. I GOT TAN AT DARQUE TAN QUICKER THAN I HAVE ANYWHERE ELSE. THE STAFF IS INVITABLE AND MAKES THE ENVIROMENT FUN AND COMFORTABLE. I AM COMPLETLEY SATISFIED AND ENJOY TANNING. THE LOTION THEY RECOMMENDED IS AWESOME AS WELL. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND ITS REALLY PRETTY INSIDE. I WOULD DEFINENTLY RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO DARQUE TAN.

eh. it looks pretty. it's clean. the equipment is new. but it's not very well maintained. i went a few times for mystic (sunless) tanning. it streaked every time. at first i gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured i messed up, but i've been doing mystic at different locations for 2 years now and have never streaked. after 3 times, i'm not going there anymore. not sure if they put too much liquid in the machine or what. staff is rude and dismissive.
