Tiegs, Susan L, Md - Susan L Tiegs Pediatrics

Dr Tiegs has been our pediatrician for 9 years. She has seen us through the premature birth of our twins and various other health issues with our three children. I have never had to question her judgement. She is always will to answer questions and listen to my concerns. We love her so much that we drive across town to take our kids to her. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I don't think we have ever sat in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. We love her and our kids love her!!!…

Good Care. My husband and I really like this practice. We have been going to this office for about a year. Dr. Berry is phenomenal with our little one! We wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else. Dr. Tiegs is good too, but we see Dr. Berry most of the time. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and we never have to wait. If our kiddo is sick, they always make time to see us the same day. We love Tiegs Pediatrics and the care we have recieved. We highly recomment them!…

aweful. she was our first pediatrician and it was ok at the beginning probably because it only involves routine checkup and vaccination. recently we had a few visits because of our child's infection and fever. when it gets real, we feel both Dr. Susan Tiegs and Debra Berry become inattentive, impatient, inconsiderate and sloppy. One time we have not finished conversation, Dr Berry was already heading to the door, probably because of their overbooked schedule. The other time, we had to go to emergence due to doctor's negligence. The staffs are seemingly friendly, but very tardy. When we requested some files from them, it took a while plus a few phone calls.…

Overall Great. I have been with Susan Tiegs for three years now and tell you the truth I love them. Very knowledgeable and the staff is friendly. The wait time has always been under 5 minutes for us. Once we did a no show and they charged us $45 but they were able to cancel the charge. I would highly recommend them. Also Dr. Berry that works in the same office is absolutely great.…
