Entry level people coloring hair. Originally, I went to this place b.c it's close and the price seemed right. However - the price is low b.c the folks have NO EXPERIENCE! I went in to get my light brown hair highlighted (touched up in a light brown shade). I like natural looking hair - not white noodles in my hair, mixed with chunks of red. I said no RED and there was red in hair. She put something in it that turned my hair a shade purple. She told me to "use cheap hair products on my hair to get that out". I use Kerastase products and go to salons that have very experienced people. I ended up going back to complain to the managers and they were the WORST and would not refund my money (I have never asked for a refund before!). Low class salon.
