Nice and inviting. Paris, the bartender, is so sweet and always on her game. The food and atmosphere are great for a local crowd!
Noteable Food, Lacking Atmosphere.
We are happy to have Serioz in our Lowry neighborhood. The food is really good, but it's lacking in the atmosphere department.
The Mac N'Cheese is SO good - creamy and flavorful and I am also a big fan of the pizza. We usually get the Chazone, which has pepperoni, feta and pineapple. The menu has some interesting combinations, but is a little pricy.
The atmosphere could be better. It's relaxing, but is missing a little something. It could be the lighting and it has a little bit of a cold feel.
We will continue to go back to Serioz though - good patio in the summer and tasty food.…
Seriozly Disappointed.
Wow. After 1 pick-up order and 2 visits, we'll never go back.
Pick-up (over a year ago) wasn't bad, the food was decent. But on two recent visits within the last few months, it's clear this place needs to clear up some staffing issues.
1st visit, our server seemed friendly enough, but when we were waiting for her to take our order she was at the bar, yawning and talking to the tender. We waved her way a number of times before she came over.
Last night, we were given the menu and a card with the specials on it - which included a lobster ravioli. Not once did she mention that they were actually out of the lobster until one of us tried to order it. My dad ordered the Parmesan Chicken, which was touted to be a chicken breast - what came out was a plate of overcooked spaghetti with PIECES of rubbery chicken held together with a UNIT of burnt cheese on top to hold it together. He actually picked up the whole cheese "slice" in one jab with the fork, and it peeled off like a flattened piece of Silly Putty. Clearly, it wasn't evenly melted. When my dad refused the meal based on the fact that he received pieces of chicken that looked and tasted like leftovers (rather than the BREAST mentioned in the description) the server - who happened to be Miss Yawny-Face from our first visit - started to make excuses! She insisted that's how they always did it and didn't even offer him an alternate choice, a reduced price on something else, or an opportunity to speak with the manager. This may be standard practice but they didn't even take the full price off the bill, they charged him almost $2 for something he couldn't even eat. As a side, my companion ordered a Seven and Seven that was hugely watered down and cost $6. I had an iced tea that was touted on the menu as "free refills," but was never once asked if I wanted a refill.
No wonder that on a Saturday night between 7-8 p.m. the place was only half-full.…
EVERYTHING GREAT... except for..... My husband and I went to Serioz for the third time this Saturday evening. We went beck because the food is delicious, and the service is good, but this time was different. We were sat by an adorable hostess, and served the addicive garlic bread, and then we waited... and waited... only for this server, Amanda, to be completely passive and quite rude to us throughout the entire meal. Upon observation, out waitress was charming to her male colleagues, whom she was more concerned with then her tables. I want to try serioz again, but maybe we will sit in someone elses station next time.…
Great Pizza. Serioz is the best place in the Lowry town center for dinner. The pizza is very good, and the pesto pasta is also quite tasty. I have always found the service to be good and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone on the east side of town looking for some good pizza.…
