OMG!!!. The absolutely best mexican food in the Denver area.

We have become regular customers and I even take clients there and they end up becomeing regulars.

You must try their Molcajete!

Hidden Jem. My husband and I go there so often it's like our living room.

The food is yummy and always arrives promptly and piping hot to our table. My favorite is the carne asada tacos.

The service is always prompt and attentive. You'll never wait for refills on any drinks or chips and you'll never have to wait or hunt down a server for your bill.

The interior needs a little work but it's a hole in the wall, family owned mexican place.

It rocks!

BEST ever!. I love mexican food and this place is by far my favorite. I had never heard of Jalisco. I was craving mexican food, looked up CitySearch and found the ratings for Jalisco. The only reason I even tried it was due to the good ratings here.

Well, my food was delicious! The service was great and fast! They serve 2 different salsas with the chips, hot and mild and on Fridays they have $.99 margaritas! If you've never been, you just have to give it a try. Oh yeah, the chile relleno is wonderful!

Very Friendly Service, Great Food, Great Cost, Love it!. I wanted to write this positive review as most of the others I write are mainly bad. This is due to the downright disgusting food served in most of Thornton. But Jalisco is the one good Mexican restaurant we can find in Thornton. And they deserve a good rating. We've tried nearly every one in Thornton and they are just awful. Jalisco's has consistently good food. They have two green chili's; hot and mild. Their seafood dishes are delish. My favorite is the shrimp wrapped in bacon. Their fried ice cream is also yummy. The service is always friendly and the price is very right. It's not a posh spot, it's in a strip mall. It's also not the most upscale in decor, but the service alone makes up for it. Margaritas are so-so, but they have an excellent selection of Tequilas. Give this a try and avoid Armadillo and Los Pinos at all costs.

Great salsa. Great food. The chips and 4-5 complimentry salsas that start off the meal are excelent. I have never had a bad meal at Jalisco. The service is hit or miss but it doesn't really matter as long as you get the chips and that wonderful salsa up front. The parking is bad. Give this place a shot.

Best in town. I love Jalisco.... I eat there at least once a week. The food is the best Mexican I've ever had, the staff is friendly, fast and efficient, and the prices can't be beat. If you want a great dinner, definately go to Jalisco.

Outstanding. This place was amazing. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The food was great, the service was great (we had 4 different people help us throughout the dinner), and the value was great. We even got a free desert. I would definitely recommend to anyone, and will definitely be going back myself.

Outstanding!. This is as close to Mexico as you can get. The food here is wonderful. The service is exceptional. The food is fresh and made to order and very inexpensive! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is tired of the same old mexican food.
