Terrific.

The best Mexican food in town. We've tried them all. As a Colorado Native we've been to dozens of Mexican food resturants in the area, but this one is easily the best. The service is prompt, and food excellent. The Peoria location resides in a former KFC, so the atmosphere isn't top notch. Doesn't matter. Highlights: Chimichangas are perfect with shredded beef. The green chili is to die for. Never had room for desert, so I couldn't tell you about that.

Three locations now, we go to the Peoria location as it's less crowded. The Colfax location is near my work so I go there at least once a week for lunch. The location on Parker Rd. is new and I haven't been there yet. I understand the resturant is beautiful inside.

• Pros: Asada burrito is worth the visit
• Cons: Jukebox a bit loud.
