WORST SPA in Denver and all surrounding areas. Very rude, snotty, and unwelcoming staff. These employees should not be working in a service industry. Didn't say one word to me when I walked in the door. 3 girls standing at the front desk and eyed me up and down when I walked in. I literally thought they were closed at 2pm in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Didn't even look me in the eye. I asked if there is anyone available for a haircut..answer was: "I guess we can help you at 6:30". Came back at 6:30..waited for the stylist. Went up to pay and stood at the front desk to try and pay...waited for about 3 minutes to pay....my mother was waiting for me in the waiting area and she is 58..I was told that "she has been breaking things". I was totally shocked and didn't understand what she was talking about. Figured out that my mom left a glass of water on the waiting room table and an employee walked by and it fell over! Totally shocked and was told next time to keep guests at home. I told the girl there will not be a next time. Absolutely shocked! I would have rather shaved my head than deal with these snotty and rude employees.…
