Breakfast done right. Every time I have come to the Egg and I, I get an absolutely delicious breakfast. A lot of choices on the menu, but would like a few more choices for vegetarians. Service is always A+. Very comfortable atmosphere and cozy decor.

Simply the Best!. I have worked for this company for nearly 3 years now, and honestly I still cannot get enough of it! The food is wonderful, and I can tell you that the standards for service are very high, and most often met. I love the variety, but my favorites are the ranch potatoes and the french toast! The best parts are that it is an extremely clean environment with high standards for quality; fresh, homemade and inventive foods (try our homemade salsa and soups!) and really friendly people!

Sexy Brazilian Waiter. The Egg and I was a great restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was better-- especially my Brazilian waiter!

good but not great. The egg & I is OK but I do not think it is anything to write home about. It is fast but the food tastes like it comes out of a box.

Worth the wait. I moved from Ft. Collins thinking I would never have breakfast as good as the Egg & I again...but to my happy surprise discovered another location. Never had a bad dish here, but I am partial to the Benedict's Garden.

Absolutely the best breakfast experience.
From the time you walk in until the time you leave this is a totally caring and complete experience. Everyone is caring and prompt and focused. The food is excellent and timely.
The staff is focused on "you" and not themselves. The menu has a lot of variables making it a breakfast place you can keep going back to and try new items. It just doens't get boring.
Hats off to the ownership, management, and staff at the "Egg and I". It's the best.

Mmmmm....I dream of...Egg & I!. This is better than Mom's breakfast. I love the Egg & I and the yummy, delectable dishes they serve. I would recommend this place with 5 stars to anyone looking for a lot of great food with a great value.

Poultry Planned Parent Hood. When I first moved to CO this was one of the first places I ate at. I have lived here for 10 years and I still have not stopped going there. The breakfast is awesome, but the luch isn't bad either. This is a great laid back environment with lots of options from things that are light to a more heavy breakfast, even choices of foods without meat as the main course.

This is the food I crave!. Yum! I always try to duplicate the delicious food at the Egg & I but I never succeed. I love taking friends here and feeding them the best breakfast around. The Huevos Rancheros is the best! The ranch potatoes are so tastey...along with everything else on the menu! The ambience makes you feel like you are just in a good place!

Great unlisted specials!!. The Egg and I is definitely our favorite place for breakfast. Their huevos rancheros are wonderful. I think that their green chile has a wonderful flavor and a pleasant bite. They also have a creative and varied menu to suit any mood.
