msg reaction. I just had their turkey sammie, and a chicken taco salad.... 1/2 hour and my neck was going numb, and my face... i was wondering if it was a different kind of migrane,, but realized it was my allergic reaction to msg... oh my god..

they should remove the msg!

They are hiding their calorie content for a reason. It's full of fat, sugar and MSG.. Email or call them to ask for their nutritional information. I guarantee you will never ever hear from them. Most other fast food companies even McDonalds has the integrity to publish calorie information and let you decide for yourself what you would like to eat. Quiznos is a different cat. They will not provide this important information in order to help you balance your diet.

Denver is Quiznos headquarters and I?ve personally been in their office to request this information. According to them, they say it?s not pertinent information.

On the other hand Subway puts the details right on their cups and if you want more details, they will give you a complete list on their corporate website.

High fat, high sodium, high sugar: SKIP IT. The nutritional information for Quiznos is nowhere to be found: in the stores, online, by phoning corporate headquarters. Guess why? The meats are super-fatted, the cheeses are super fatty and salty, the sauces are sugar syrup tamed with a pile of salt, and the bread is empty calories. Fat is flavor, and Quiznos is FULL of flavor.
