great tanning!. I have tanned at Darque Tan for years. The beds are great and the staff is very knowledgeable. I love that I dont have to sign a long contract and the prices are reasonable! I definetly recommend Darque Tan.
Great tanning at a reasonable price. This place has some great packages and are always running a special deal of some sort. They have packages for every budget. The employees are very knowledgeable about tanning and the products they offer. They have high quality beds as well as the spray- on tan that works great. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a nice tan any time of the year.
Excellent all around. I've been tanning at darque tan for 3 yrs and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The staff is amazing, always very friendly and well educated. It is exceptionally clean, they have top of the line beds and the prices are great! There is always a bit of a wait at this store but the good thing about their memberships is you are given access to all of their salons in Denver. I never want to tan anywhere else, thank you darque tan for all of your great service! :)
Great customer service!!. i went in for my first time tanning about a week ago and i absolutely LOVE this place they were very clean the blonde girl that helped me was very nice and made sure to set me up with everything i needed and even gave me a tour of the place. in am very satisfied with my purchase i love my lotions and i really like there beds they have! very satisfied my favorite place yet!
Best tanning. Ive been tanning at Darque tan for 3 years now and i love it! the beds are amazing especially the level 4 and 5! Most of the girls here are friendly and they know what they are talking about! the lotions are a little pricey but they work wonderfully and are worth the money!! the salons are always clean and i like how you can go to any location on the elite memberships! I also dont know what these people are talking about them taking money, been here three years and they have never done that to me or my friends!!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO!!!!!!!!. DO NOT TRUST THESE GIRLS! They stole my credit card information and made fraudulent charges on my card. Terra, the worst district manager I have ever met, has been a total witch to me this whole time. She has been unwilling to explain anything and completely unhelpful. The only way for them to refund my money, is for me to give them more of my bank info! Are you kidding me? This place is untrustworthy and the girls behind the counter have access to all your info at their will. I do not recommend tanning here because in order to do so you HAVE to give them your bank info… seems a little sneaky to me. Check your bank accounts because I guarantee I am not the only one this has happened too. Oh and it will take them OVER A MONTH to even offer a refund.
Good value, poor customer service.
I think that what you get for the price here when you sign up for a monthly membership (especially for Mystic) is a great value. The salon is relatively clean although they tend to run out of things (like the lotion you use to keep your toes and palms from turning orange with Mystic) and don't replace it.
That said, the customer service could use some help. Most of the people that work there are okay but a few are downright rude. Kimber is the worst of the bunch. She is such a know-it-all. She actually told me and another customer that if we did Mystic tans more often than every 5 days we were just "wasting the solution." If you go to the Mystic tan website it tells you to tan every day or so until you get the level of color that you want and then to maintain it by tanning every 4-5 days. I guess when you pay for a monthly membership they try to discourage you from using the tanning since they're not getting any more cash out of you. Kimber, you might want to read up before treating customers rudely when you don't even know what you're talking about.
DARQUE TAN. Sadly, the regular staff at Darque Tan are consistently RUDE and LOW IN INTELLIGENCE and communication skills. While the place is clean, good luck getting anyone who is competant enough to explain their plans to you. One of their workers named Kendra actually called me a "Bit*h" b/c she did not want to have to explain the contract. Yes, they do require contracts for VIP memberships!! They call them "billing agreements" but they are CONTRACTS!! DUH!! Please, Darque Tan, require your staff to take a basic intelligence test before hiring. DO NOT GO HERE!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!! WATCH OUT FOR GIRL NAMED "RAY" AS SHE STEALS MONEY IF YOU PAY HER IN CASH!!
