Truly the Best experience!!!

I stumbled across Ella Bleu in at the Landmark a few weeks ago. I was so thrilled to find such classy establishment so close to my home. I found a great pair of AG jeans but decided to hold off because my son was getting tired of watching mommy shop. The sales woman was wonderful and so attentive. She offered to hold them for me until the next day! I was unable to make it back in but I did mention the jeans to my husband and how much I liked them. Over a week later I came home from work and there was a beautiful Ella Blue bag sitting on the counter. My husband had purchased the jeans I mentioned ONCE for me! He and I were so impressed with the service. My husband walked in a week after I told him about the jean and asked the sales women if she could help him. She knew the exact jeans I wanted and size!!! Every time I go in I am so impressed with the service! Ella Bleu has definitely earned my repeat business!

i had the miserable experience of shopping at ella bleu not once but 3 times!! i kept going back because i love supporting local businesses and i wanted to like this place but this place makes it impossible. the staff, especially the creepy husband and wife duo loved to talk about their "modeling days" and how great their life was when they "traveled the world". i will give it to you, i wasn't dressed the best but i didn't know you had to get dressed up to shop. on my 3rd attempt i finally left when i overheard the husband say to the wife "don't worry, she isn't going to spend anything" - in reference to me. i promptly packed it up and took my business and my credit card to nordstrom. i tell all my girlfriends to not shop their and go to places where the staff is nicer. and one more thing, i was reading the 5 star reviews and i was wondering if those were even real....sounds like they may have reviewed themselves. only gave it a star because i had to in order to publish this!!!

Ella Bleu Boutique for Everyone (even a size 12)

What a find!!! I was accompanying one of my more petite friends (size 4-6) shopping and she brought me with her to this great boutique to find her a dress for a friends wedding. As I walked in, they had a section up front with bath products and great gifts so I thought I would hang there thinking there is no way they would have my size (respectfully a 12). At first I cruised the clothes section with my friend and when she went into the dressing room I was about to make my way back to the gift section when the sales associate and I started to chat. She said "nothing catching your eye today?" I responded "I don't think you carry my size." She politely explained to me that some designers ran small and some larger. The ones that ran more liberal often get over looked by anyone over a size 6 because they are actually marked as a smaller size ie. a size 6 that is actually a size 10, or an 8 that fits like a 12. I didn't believe her but before I knew it she had grabbed a hand full of things that she thought I would look good in and it became clear she was going to prove to me that I too could shop here. I was terrified. I was convinced that I would tear some beautiful dress or something trying to get into it. I hesitantly went into the dressing room. The sales associate was so genuine and kind. I tried on the clothes she suggested and to my surprise...I walked out of there with what I must say are three of my very favorite pieces of my wardrobe!!! A new pair of jeans (I was most shocked by this one!) by James, a great wrap dress, and a great cardigan I wear with jeans, skirts or my dress! I brought a friend down to their new store at Landmark and was helped by a wonderful (and I hope she dont mind that I say a NOT petite sales girl). I can't believe I can finally shop at a boutique when prior to this I was completely intimidated. I highly reccomend Ella Bleu!
