Swim at your own risk. I have never been to this athletic club before. However after one of our Army National Guard LT's drowned in the adult lap pool while training for the Navy Seal Swim Test, I would not recommend using the pool at this facility. It was mentioned that there were 5 other people nearby, but nobody knew how long he had been out before being pulled from the water. It would seem that he would have been just as safe swimming at a public lake as he was swimming in the pool at this athletic club. And he wouldnt have had to pay a membership fee.

Lots of great classes!. The instructors are great and there are so many classes at various times of the day. The yoga class instructed by Carmen is the best!
