Quantum came to me last year in May and offered to help me with my tax problems. Like others, I was weary at first, however decided to sign on. After a year, my associate wiped away the penalties and interest on the account, released liens against my assets and got the IRS off my back! Now I am still in business paying back the tax amount and am a satisfied customer! I would highly recommend Quantum to anyone who has tax problems!
Pros: The help was honest, up front and was there for me every step of the way
Cons: Cost more money than expected

These people have called me twice saying they are a company called Quantum and work for the collection and appeals division of the state department of revenue as a tax resolution/negotiation firm. A quick lookup on the caller ID number led me here and to other sites. Obviously this is some slick talking marketing/phone phishing scam.
