Worst Jewelry Store Around!.
This place is a complete JOKE!
My fiance got my engagement ring at Jared about a year ago and so we decided to go pick out wedding bands from there as well. We already had a terrible time at the location in Denver West so decided to try Park Meadows... boy was that a mistake!
We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and were not greeted at all. We decided to walk around and try and find what we were looking for instead. We made eye contact with several employees and not one talked to us. Then about 20 minutes later a different couple walked in and were immediately greeted by a member of the staff. (Insert instant irritation on my part and my fiance told me not to worry that we would be helped shortly) - that was absolutely NOT the case. The employee walked the couple over to where we were standing since they were looking for wedding bands too (we had been for 20 minutes keep in mind). He said "they're located right where this couple is standing, but let me go back there and help you" - - still not recognizing that we were there!!!! Immediately we decided to walk out and will NEVER go back! I
can't believe the employees there find it necessary to pick and choose who they are doing business with. Newsflash Jared employees: YOU DON'T KNOW WHO HAS MONEY AND WHO DOESN'T! So get off your high horse and work with everyone. What happened to customer service and treating people like their money actually means something!
I'm actually quite upset I have to go there every 6 months to get my diamond inspected. We left and went right to Shaneco where they helped us immediately and had us out the door in 30 minutes, which by the way was the amount of time it took us to pick out THREE bands that we purchased on the spot. Guess you guys really missed the mark on picking and choosing your customers.
Your loss Jared, guess you should do more training with your employess if you want to keep your doors open. I do not recommend anyone going here to purchase anything. It's a complete waste of time to even walk through their doors!
Poor Selection. This Aurora location does not have very many diamonds of above average grade. This store also only carries about eight platinum engagement sets. They only ordered me one diamond from the vault and it was to yellowish. They just didn't seem interested in helping me find the diamond of my dreams.
Low Quality/Unethical Sales/Horrible Customer Service.
My special order ring came in wrong. Financing was incorrect. The store snuck in $108 charge for sizing and setting after the sale was complete without telling me prior. 3 months after the ring was purchased, one of the stones fell out. The store is on try number 4 to correct it and I am still waiting. I have complained several times and received no response from Jared customer service or store management.
I also emailed the district manager twice and received no response. I was so frustrated and my husband was determined to find someone in the company who cared.
My husband then spoke to store management who referred him to Jared customer service. My husband spoke to Daniel in customer service who stated it was my fault that the stone fell out. I can not tell you how offending this was.
I will never shop at Jared again and I don't recommend anyone shop there unless you would like to be disappointed. Jared only cares about the commission-not the customer. After my 30 day return window had closed, it seemed I was nothing but an inconvenience to them.
We are still waiting for the ring to be corrected (the stone fell out in November-It is April) And we have yet to find one person who cares. If you choose Jared, Good luck to you!
