I brought in my custom wedding dress that I had purchased in San Francisco to Sunny. Sunny worked on my dress for about 3 in a half months after my wedding and performed a miracle. I had somehow gotten the entire 4 or so inches of my gown dirty, a small wine stain, and a little bit of self-tanner on my dress. The dress looked like an absolute wreck when it was brought it, however, when I went to pick up my gown -- it looked beautiful, no one could have guessed it had been worn before!!! Although it did take longer than I had expected, it was well worth the wait. The only glitch in my experience was that I came in once without an appointment because I was in the neighborhood but Sunny was out of the store, I had to call and set up an appointment the following week. Sunny was so friendly and chatty, it truly was a relief to preserve my dress in the condition that I always want to remember it - ruffles and all. Trust them with heirlooms. Gold Label was fantastic. My daughter's christening gown has been handed down from my grandmother and is more than 60 years old. It was yellow with age and very fragile. Gold Label was recomended to me so I took it in for restoration. Not only did they finish the work in only a couple days (at my request) but the gown was pristine white (the original color) and gorgous when I got it back. I received many compliments on the dress at the christening. I am taking the gown and some other dresses to them to be preserved so that I can give them to my daughter to use for her children some day.…
