People who review food in at least
Littleton, CO have to seriously travel to a state that is known for great food so they can see exactly the quality that they've been eating here.
To have a 2 star rating for Simply Thai is blasphemous.
I've had their noodle bowls before, but last night I had a full on, more Asian/Chinese rendition from their menu with a variety of sides.
The pricing - perfect!
The food - Outstanding.
I commented to my girlfriend at least 3 times on how great the food was as I ate.
Not one complaint in at least 7 visits but their Chinese menu, sealed the deal to make me finally review it!

Rude. My mother is recovering from back surgery and called for delivery. She realized they quoted her the wrong price. When they came to her door, she explained this to them and they said, "It's tax, Are you American...Are you American?" She was shocked and offended and didn't take the food. The price was still incorrect. This was rude and inappropriate-especially for the service industry. I never do these types of comments, but felt this to be necessary.

Delicious and Fast! Eat in or Delivery.
My husband I ordered from Simply Thai for delivery when it was snowing outside on a weekend and the food arrived in 12 minutes!! The pineapple curry was delicious. Spicy and sweet, with great curry and coconut milk flavors. The chicken satay was great too. My husband really liked the chicken & shrimp Pad Thai and I thought it was good, but not amazing.
The food is inexpensive and very tasty. This place is under-rated! We've eaten in before too and had a similar experience. For Thai food that's fast and decently priced I would definitely recommend Simply Thai.

One star only because I had to...NEVER GO HERE!!!. My husband and I love Thai food and so we decided to try Simply Thai since it was close to our house. I ordered the Green Curry and it was so sweet, I could only take 2 bites of the dish. I called the woman serving us over and told her that I could not eat the dish b/c it was too sweet...she argued with me and all said and done I returned the dish. When we received our check, they had charged us for the dish I DID NOT EAT AND SENT BACK! I asked the same lady (who was the owner) about it and she said "you ordered it". I proceeded to explain that I only took two bites and returned it. She said "you ordered it", that is all. I then asked her if it was the restaurant's policy to charge customers for dishes they did not enjoy and returned. She said "sorry, you ordered it, I could have fixed the dish for you but you ordered it you pay". I was mortified. Bad food despicable service!!!!!
