Good work. Good workers. Bad management. Completely screwed priorities.

You can't have obsessive customer service, shoddy employee care, and faulty machines and be prideful about your business. Also, it's pretty obvious a few of these reviews are made by imposters or well-trusted friends.

John Erbert also inherited the business from his father. Shows why he doesn't know what he's doing.

My name is Cody Wheeler, I am a previous employee of Erbert Lawns, and no matter what you think about my employee-employer relationship(s). I am simply speaking my mind because of the stress and anger it has put so many of my co-workers and friends through, not because of my individual discomfort.

The only customers who will recognize this, but still patronize his business, are the ones who have seen and talked to the hardy employees who tough it out everyday on the iffy machines they are given.

Simply put, John feeds on the hard-working, honest folks of the modern day and lures more with a plastic smile, and a handful of deception....

Please. Please don't choose Erbert...

Terrible Customer Service. Nothing but trouble from this company. Bought my house in Nov of 2009 and the previous owner had used their service. The following Spring they started mowing again and leaving nasty notes on my door about how I hadn’t paid. When I called customer service I explained that I had never signed up for their service, that it was the previous owner, I was berated by the rude woman on the phone for not realizing that they were coming out and mowing my lawn. I was mowing it on Sunday and apparently they were redoing it again on Tuesdays. I told her I wasn’t going to pay them for doing something I had already done.

Wonderful!. We used this company last year after Mile High didn't show up for the 3rd scheduled day. YOu don't have to be home, and they bill you! No leaving a check under the mat as you have to do for Mile High. We got a letter earlier this year asking if we wanted service again. We chose the service we wanted and mailed it back to them. They haven't been out yet, but we are hopeful that they will be here soon.
