BAD UNFRIENDLY STAFF AND FLYER PEOPLE. So this morning 5/27/2011 i was outside watering my plants when a flyer boy walked up to hand me a flyer for famous pizza. he seemed a bit dumb founded any ways he started walking through my new seeded grass yard as he was leaving, i said hey please walk around my yard as he walked away he said whatever its just grass and kept walking through the yard. this was new grass that i had just planted. i called famous pizza after the incident and a guy answered around 9:30am i asked for a manager and was hung up on!!!!! I don't see how you expect to get returning customers with this kind of service. this pizza place used have me as customer 2 times a month. ill take my service else where now.

Pizza & Burgers are the bomb at Famous. I have eaten the Combo Pizza and the Cheese Burgers with fries/onion rings many times. ITS THE BOMB. Never a bad experience. I expect to hear "CHEESE BURGER, CHEESES BURGER, FRIES, FRIES," when I'm sitting there eating. Tony Famous Pizza is a must stop when in the Hill Top area.

Worst Customer Service, Horrible Food.... Food is usually good, But today it was burnt, oily as hell, horrible and plasticy.

Let me start by saying their chicken strip's are usually amazing - on night shift. But today - on day shift and 1:00pm - it was Hideous. drenched in Oil, Over battered and the fries were burnt.

Combo Pizza - So burnt on the bottom, it was completly black. all the toppings were ruined and tasted sour, the chesse was plasticy and it was cold. Not cooled down, not even cold like " oh, the driver might have left it in the car too long " but COLD. as in, they had it sitting out all day.

Peperoni Pizza - one slice was burnt black on the bottom, and was flaking off oily bit's of dough * GROSS * pepperoni was obviously ruined, and again - tasted like it had been sitting out for day's. The other slice made me sick to my stomach to look at... ruined chesse, that was curding - on top of the pizza,burnt on every side, obviously ruined toppings.

45 minutes after ordering ( We live 5 blocks from there ) food still hadn't arrived. my husband steps outside and theres the supposed owner delivering our pizza, to the wrong address in our building. Then she ignores him, gets in her car and leaves.

We call the store and 20 minutes later she shows up, again ignoring us, because we " Didn't tip enough" and gives our roomate attitude.

So we look at the grotesque food, examine it and took a few bites. We started getting stomach aches right away. We call and let them know, they say someone will be here shortly with a replacement. It is now almost 4pm, we still haven't recieved our replacement's, so we call the store and they refuse to refund us - and wont replace their horrible, vomit inducing crap.

the only time I will EVER give them another order from me is on the night's when A.J. is working.

mind you, I have spent over a grand eating here, and they don't value me as a customer AT ALL.

The "owner" is a chick who SWORE AT MY HUSBAND, her exact words were "I told you I will Bring Your * F word * Pizza" Then hangs up and yeah, that was half an hour go and she's sill not here. When he asked if it could please be made fresh, She said " I told you, I f*****g Will ok?"

Do not eat here unless you like horrible, vomit inducing food - and worst customer service.

for christ's sake, she couldn't find the big huge "5" on our door and deliver it to the right address.

I wish there was a negative score on reviews, This place would earn negative 5 stars - Disgusting.

Also, the cleanslines of the resturant makes me sick.
