What's not to love?

I've been ordering from Dine In Delivery for years with good results. True, it's not the fastest delivery ever, but generally the food arrives when predicted, hot and ready. I've only had an order messed up a couple of times, but generally that is something the RESTAURANT messed up, not the delivery service. Despite that, they've always given me credit for the future when I call about an issue (or offered to re-deliver the right stuff...I choose the credit). I guess on the theory that the driver could have checked more carefully. Hey, even Pizza Hut has messed up my order a few times and DID was better about making it right than Pizza Hut ever was.

• Pros: Lots of different kinds of food right to your door
• Cons: not the fastest ever

Terrible Service

They took my online order, received a CC confirmation number, delivered the food, had me sign the CC form, took my DL number, and then they took the food back! I am disputing the CC charge now. Terrible service, ignorant management.
