Awsome Service!. Ordering online was so easy to use, love the customer service I received.. The food was hot and tasty. They would never take the food back unless you used a stolen cc or it declined. So terrible service is just bogus, they must be the competition, which I have used and all I can say is Dine In Delivery is for my family. Keep up the great service. Maybe add another Restaurant or two.

What's not to love?. I've been ordering from Dine In Delivery for years with good results. True, it's not the fastest delivery ever, but generally the food arrives when predicted, hot and ready. I've only had an order messed up a couple of times, but generally that is something the RESTAURANT messed up, not the delivery service. Despite that, they've always given me credit for the future when I call about an issue (or offered to re-deliver the right stuff...I choose the credit). I guess on the theory that the driver could have checked more carefully. Hey, even Pizza Hut has messed up my order a few times and DID was better about making it right than Pizza Hut ever was.

Terrible Service. They took my online order, received a CC confirmation number, delivered the food, had me sign the CC form, took my DL number, and then they took the food back! I am disputing the CC charge now. Terrible service, ignorant management.
