Not for people with real skin issues.
The office was extremely fancy. The customer service was outstanding with the staff at the desk. However, my appointment with Dr. Hurt was very rushed. He addressed my concerns and ordered a blood test for my hair falling out, and said he would be right back to give me the paperwork and answer anything else. He did not return to my room, despite the fact I had more questions (like, how to actually treat any of my issue). In addition, he did not tell me that this blood work would be very expensive, over 800 dollars. They also try to sell you their products from their attached store.
This is not a doctor's office, it is more of an expensive cosmetic type of business.
