Horrible Customer Service.
I have been disappointed with how I have been treated by this studio. When I originally came to this studio I prepaid for 10 visits. I was never told that these visits would expire within a certain amount of time. Keep in mind that I am a single mother who works full time and I practice yoga at home as well. Although I love attending classes in the studio it is often very difficult for me to find child care to do so. I went into take a class and found out that some of my visits that I had prepaid for had expired. The man whom I spoke with about trying to get some of my visits back treated me very rudely and made a rude remark about how I don?t attend enough and took a message to have the manager/owner call me and they never did. I then prepaid for 5 more visits and I called the other day to see how long I have left to use my remaining visits and again nobody answered the phone or bothered to call me back. I am disappointed in the complete lack of customer service this company has provided and would never recommend this studio.
