worst service of all time. i had a terrible experience at lucianos. i placed an order at 645pm and was told it was going to be 50 minutes. after one hour and 30 minutes i had not received my food yet. i called and they said he will be there "any second." After one hour and fifty minutes, nearly TWO HOURS later, i received my food. then, to make things even worse, my order was incorrect. when i called them they first ignored my calls then finally picked up and said too bad you have to pay for it anyways. i am planning on taking action against them as i should not have to pay for an incorrect order. it is the equivalent of stealing and i am not going to let it slide.

Awful Food Worse Service. Wish I could give Zero stars for this awful establishment. As a customer and former employee I can tell you the owner/manager Kris Ferreri could care less about the customer and customer service. Numerous times I have seen him get angry at customers for him screwing up their order. He serves food that has been expired to save a buck. After closing for a month because he could not pay his taxes, he asked employees to serve green moldy wings that were in the walk in freezer. He simply asked them to "rinse off the chicken wings, and they will be fine " I Personally saw him serve food that dropped on the floor because he was too high to realize it was on the ground. Then just picked it up and put it back in with the non tainted food. I also saw a review about someone complaining the manager looked like he was drunk or high. Well that would be because he was drunk and high. He locks himself in his office with a couple pints of beer and god knows what else for hours at a time, while on the job i might add. He regularly cheats his employees of hours and has a rotating door of stoners that work behind the counter. There are too many good pizza places in Denver to waste your money at this dump. Sexy pizza, Benny Blancos, Nicolos are all great choices in the downtown/capital hill area.

-*Update* owner is threatening me for telling reviewers the truth about his failing business, Just an example of how he operates.

Great Pizza for the family. I love this place, my kids love it and every time my family comes out to visit they ask to come here. I get the cheese or margarita pizza, they use so many toppings and they don’t short you on the sauce or cheese. At any other place I have to ask for extra sauce and cheese…but not Luciano’s. My sister and son always get the wings, they are huge and in their words…”the best I’ve ever eaten”. My daughter, who is totally picky, loves the spaghetti and bread sticks. I’m not sure what other people who write negative reviews have an issue with; I haven’t had a negative experience there. It does sometimes seem like every time I’m there, different people are behind the counter but the food is always great.

I would recommend the cheese pizza and the medium, hot, or Jamaican jerk Buffalo wings. Since I live in Westminster and Luciano’s is down town, I usually do take out. Also check on line for the specials, there are some specials that are dine in or take out only and its definitely worth the trip. I usually save $5-10 just by ordering the specials and picking it up, it also is ready faster.

This Restaurant is a Vicious Slander on the Good Name of NY. Pros: Not as expensive as good food. Um, they have TVs. Cons: Unhealthy (not due to nutrition, due to cleanliness). Overpriced for dogfood. Surly manager who uses profanity on customers. Untrained staff that seem to have just gotten out of rehab.

Every slice has been aging under a heat lamp since appx. 1972.

Even when fresh, in 1972, slices were terrible.

Italian sausage tastes strongly as though it were made from stray cat.

My stomach starts turning whenever I get closer than 500 feet from this place. I got sick from eating here. I complained to the owner/manager/con man who runs the place and he told me to f#*! off! Maybe I just came at the wrong time, since there are some good reviews on here, but I sort of think that the only real use for this place is a testing ground for gastro-intestinal daredevils who like living on the edge. It's like Russian Roulette for your colon.
