Ok First off I was in the salon that day when that rude lady was in.She was specifically told that they did not take Amex and then threw a fit about it.The owner was there and she told her that because there was a misunderstanding she would take it for her this one time. Then BBrownBrown was happy.She was going thru her consultation and the stylist listened. She wanted blonde hair with no yellow and gold tones which were already on her hair, and shes 100% White! So the stylist showed a her a cooler blonde tone that would ve eleminated the warm tones...she got mad and started telling her she didnt know anything and that she was stupid and contiued with the verbal abuse.The stylist stood there and listened halfway to tears and said that ahe didnt feel comfortable continuing services on her hair and that she was sorry.BBrownBrown said she understood and walked out.So crazy lady...next time you have a prob you should really be a bit more truthful when posting a review.

Horrible Customer Service Lack of Professionalism. Poor customer service. Told me on the phone they take credit cards AMEX and they don't. I scheduled the appointment got down there and found they wouldn't take no checks either. Then after this I picked out a color and the colorist selects an ash tone instead. I express concern and again ask for my choice. She refuses to do my hair. What a horrible waste of my time. Never go there.
