A great experience! I was so excited for my services at this spa. It is in a beautiful Victorian house, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by each staff member with a welcoming smile and offered a glass of wine, YES PLEASE! each one of my technicians went above and beyond any treatment I have ever had!!! my favorite treatment would have to be the sugar pedicure with hot stone massage on my feet. I strongly reccomend everybody to visit this spa. What a great escape it was, thank you so much!

firstly, front desk staff: try (hard) to not act snotty and accusational when a guest tells you they didn't receive your voicemails, when in fact, you left the message with another guest who has the same first name.

WILL NEVER COME TO YOUR DENVER LOCATION AGAIN.

I got a gift card for my girlfriend and she had to cancel an appointment due to a car accident. They decided to take the money out of the gift card! After confronting the management, they did fix the issue but it still left a bad impression.

Wonderful Day Spa!!! It is set up in an old Victorian house; the feel of the spa is warm and cozy. The staff is unbelievable nice and I have been pleased with all of their services I have tried including massages, facials, microdermabrasions, and pedicures. I used to see Cole who was a wonderful esthetician, she has since moved to California and now I see Ashley, who is also wonderful. This is a true testament to a good spa; the people that work there are talented! Not only is this my favorite place to feel pampered, it is my favorite gift to give my friends and family. Everyone that goes to Woodhouse LOVES their experience!

Massage ROCKED!. So my fantasic boyfriend treated me to a package at the woodhouse. I am a massage junkie, once a month, 10 years and counting! I have never in my life experienced a massage like the one i had here, holey moley! I am contemplating the delete button so i can have this angel for myself. Woodhouse owner- if you are reading this, your employee Krista Nielsen has to be one of the most professional and talented therapists i have ever encountered. The extra's she kicks in between those magic hands are ingenious, I've never had towels under my shoulders, but wow, what a difference. Love her love her! The spa itself is a charmer, my only complaint is the period decor is a bit rough, and the house is indesperate need of a revamping. It has such wonderful rooms, why all the dirty, scuffed and worn looking floors and decor. With your prices you can afford it. Anyway, Krista rules!!!

Gorgeous spa, not the best nail service. I was given a nail treatment and massage as a part of a gift package I won at my office. The massage was pleasant enough, but the girl doing my nails had no idea what she was doing! Constantly grinding my nails down and leaving one chipped - I won't be going back to this place for a manicure. Still, this place is pretty lovely and probably worth a try.

Gorgeous Spa...HORRIBLE staff. Okay so I go to the woodhouse spa for brazilians of which they are absolutely amazing. Although, the waiting in the waiting room almost 30 minutes after my appointment is scheduled drives me nuts every single time. Maybe if the spa's aestitician would keep her appointments, they wouldn't be losing so much business. Waiting almost 30 minutes before the aestitician comes and gets you with no rhyme or reason as to the wait when she passed me multiple times is poor customer service. I now take my waxing where I don't have to wait 30 minutes after my appointment to get seen.

Best massage EVER!!!!. SO I was in Denver for business, I was stressed and needed to feel better, and coming from Florida to Denver I think I got a bit of that altitude sickness as well. I never write on these things but after having experienced this massage I felt I needed to let as many people know. My therapists name is Krista N, the front desk told me there was two Kristas, so I have to be specific. Let me tell you, i don't believe in psychics but this girl must be, although she mentioned in the beginning to let her know about pressure, I never had to, she just read me like a book. She used hot towels, stones, and wonderful aroma oils. The most embarrasing aspect of this, mind you I am a controlled person, while face down I slobbered on her foot. I admit it, for that reason, not to mention how amazing I felt, I needed to share with you this review. Honestly if she doesn't want to move to Florida, you might have a new resident here.

fully enjoyed my experience.. I called and scheduled a same day appointment for their signature facial and swedish massage. On their website they have an ad that offers 10% off same day appts. but I didn't recieve mine and didn't realize it until I got home. However, I was late for my appt. so maybe the discount doesn't apply in that situation. That being said, the massage was one of the best I have ever experienced. My therapist Holly was very knowledgable and attentive. I can't say enough good things about her. My facial was so relaxing that I think I actually fell asleep for a little while. I do regret not being able to enjoy their quiet room for a little longer and I'm bummed that I didn't recieve my complimentary glass of wine but again, thats due to my tardiness and not to lack of customer service. The front desk was actually very nice and accomodating and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all for being late. I fully enjoyed my experience and would definately recommend this spa to anyone who's looking to relax.
