I've been completely addicted to Pilates for the past two years and I owe it all to the personalized instruction I have received at Privately Pilates. This is the best there is - It just doesn't get any better - The quality of all the trainers , the patience and the all around good feeling I get only enhances the wonderful way my body feels after a session. This is the place to be for a true Pilates experience. There is a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere that encompasses the BEST workout you could ask for, based on the real foundations of classical Pilates. Whether you are experienced or a beginner, the instructors will create a balanced, yet challenging workout that meets your individual goals. Entering the studio as a recreational runner with back pain and tight hips, I have greatly improved my posture and overall flexibility. Seriously, just go and you'll be hooked!!! At Privately Pilates, you will be connected with a great professional that will sincerely care about you and you'll get great results. I highly recommend this studio to anyone at any level.
