Horrendous Customer Service. So incredibly sad. I have been purchasing yearly memberships for my mother for 5 years. After 5 years as a customer, they treated her with the utmost disrespect. She missed one appointment (in 5 years) due to illness, they insisted that she be charged a full appointment and when she asked for a manager - the manager just said "read your contract". I've never experienced customer service so incredibly bad. A 5 year, good customer will NEVER be back. So sad.  View Less … View More

angry teenage receptionists refused service. I called and asked what time they were opened til and they said 6pm. I showed up at 5pm and 2 young snooty teenage girls looked at me like I was intruding upon their nap and rudely told me that nobody was their to give a massage. I asked them when someone would be available and they told me maybe in a couple of weeks. They obviously just wanted to leave and were angry that I was a late customer.  View Less … View More
