I found Kelly. To the person looking for Kelly. I too have used her for my facials and waxing. She is the BEST. As I grow older she has kept me informed of the best care for my aging skin. Her contact information is 720-301-7398. I am glad she is no longer at Arvilla. In my opinion, that store definitely had major problems.
HORRIBLE. I'm glad this spa closed. I came in once for a massage with marcia who was very cold to me and acted like it was a burden for her to do my massage. I complained to the owner Christina and she was incredibly rude and told me, " Marcia is a very capable therapist" before huffing off to take a phone call. Very rude service!!!!!!
Anyone have contact info?. It seems I am one of the many that was left with an unusable gift certificate! Has anyone found a phone number for the former owner of Arvilla? Please email if so: andrearaegrace@yahoo
Gift Certificate refund. Hello I to have a gift ceritificate and would like to if you have found any informtaion or if it is at all possible to redeem this. my email address the charrod74@yahoo "dot" com
Contact Info for Refund. I am trying to get my money back from a gift certificate I purchased before Arvilla went out of business. Their website is no longer available. Does anyone have the contact information of Christina McCann or someone else I can speak to regarding this?
Try Floseta Skin Care Studio. I'd had services with Arvilla...they were good when they were open. Ttry Floseta Skin Care Studio. Private studio in the same location on the third floor. They open at 5:00am on Saturdays, and late most days of the week. Floseta is extremely knowledgable, friendly and extremely skilled. She's awesome.
Another Spa in area that offers better service & Eminence products. The Retreat on Larimer offers Eminence Organic products (just as Arvilla did) and I've always had great service! I've been going there since they opened and I don't think they're going anywhere. Try it out!
Booked me for an appointment 3 days before wedding, closed and never called.
I booked a waxing appointment for three days before my wedding. I booked on May 17, 2008 and they took my credit card information. I tried calling the week leading up to my appointment becuase I wanted to confirm my time and add my mom for a massage. I left numerous voicemails and never heard back. When I showed up for my appointment on Thursday, May 22 there was a sign saying they had closed their doors as of May 18. Nobody ever called to tell me I should book elsewhere, noboyd called and said the appointment was canceled due to closing down, nobody even bothered to return my messages, and I had TOLD them it was for a pre-wedding wax. And, they have my credit card info. I keep checking my statement, but I'm very nervous as I received a strange call from someone saying I missed an appointment and would be charged $50. Since they were the only place I booked for waxing, it had to have been them. And, I received a call from someone from Arvilla this week asking if I wanted to make an appointment---NEVER.
Thank God for Antoine Du Chez down the street from them. I called in tears and they squeezed me in immediately after hearing my horrible story. Arvilla made what is already a stressful time even more stressful. STAY AWAY.
SHADY. My friend got me a gift certificate on 4/12 for my b-day. I have to think that they knew that they'd be closing down at that point. How shady!! Karma's a b*tch.
Out of Business???. Purchased my wife gift certs from Arvilla on May 14 based on all the great reviews from Citysearch. She could not get in contact with anyone. She went to the spa, and sign on door said they closed the doors as of May 18, but we still got charged. Not sure what recourse there is now that they are closed, but hopefully the onwers realize thier mistake.
