Went in to get a ceremonial smoke, and the service was very knowledgeable. I'm sure I'm not spelling his name right, but Calen was very thoughtful and showed me a wide range of prices from their excellent selection. I had a great experience and got exactly what I wanted.

Poor customer service, and no customer communication. Business also know as "mydiscountcigar". Orders not shipped. Good cigars selection, but never able to verify quality of product. Pricing seems to be fair, but there are better prices in the internet. I would recommend you look around before purchasing here.
