too mushy. the sauce is absolutely too vinigary,not much flavor the meat is too soft almost mushy,I think you need to have a little resistance when your biting ribs.They were small,also one side and 4 small fatty ribs for 9 dollars no cornbread or rolls kind of cheap in value.wouldnt go back or recommend it
