Holy burrito, Batman!.
First of all, I sort of take offense to the last comment "located in a rather undesirable area". It's not like the restaurant was sitting next to an adult book store. It's Target for goodness sake. Anyway, they moved about a block farther down Nickel street, but the food is still to die for. I especially recommend the smothered steak burrito and tamale. Food is always fast and just delicious. You will not be disappointed.

Best Mexican Food.
Although this restaurant is located in a rather undesirable area, the food here is really, really great. This has definitely become a regular spot for us. We love the gorditas and the homemade corn tortillas!

Truly authentic and traditional.
You must try this place. The restaurant is small so large groups fit tightly, but the tight fit is worth it. Everything on the menu is delicious, they have these new ceviche tostadas that are incredible (only on the weekends). You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The tortas (their version of a sandwich) are delicious, try it with asada or carnitas. The flavor of the food tells you that everything is made from scratch. LOVE IT!!

REALLY good mexican.
This is my new favorite Mexican place in the area. THe food was really good, and had a lot of good flavor (not just generic sauces like most mexican places). I highly recommend it.

Great Mexican, and they Deliver!.
This isn't your typical tex-mex style restaurant. In fact, it's a little hole in the wall with great, more traditional mexican food from family recipes. Not only is the food great, but you won't even have to leave your home to enjoy it with their convenient delivery! I can't even name another mexican place I know that does this.
Be sure to try their Guacamole tostadas. Ask for them hot if you like it spicy. Their cheese enchiladas (#11) are made with real mexican cheese and their rellenos (#3) are smaller, sometimes surprisingly hot peppers coated in traditional egg batter with a thin yet chunky green pork "chile" that adds great flavor and some additional heat. The carne asada is well grilled bits of tasty meat and comes with the fixings to easily make some yummy tacos. They also have a chips, cheese and chorizo appetizer style dish that I have never seen anywhere esle and is quite yummy. it's hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. So next time you are in the mood for Mexican in the Broomfield area, but not in the mood for a drive, give La Casita a call and try out some of their yummy food. It's one of our favorite places that we HAVE to get food from every 1 or 2 weeks!

Excellent.
Great flavor on all their food, the best flan and tres leches I've ever had! Family owned and operated so they remember your name when you are a regular like me.
