Caring Owner and Great Customer Service. After submitting complaints about the driver, and problems with billing, and not getting any response from the management, the owner of the company took control, and made things right. The owner was very concerned about my experience with her company. She admitted some faults, and immediately corrected them. I am very satisfied with the way the owner resolved my complaints.

I truly believe the issues this company had with customer service have been resolved, and I reccomend this company for your move.

Awful movers!. If your looking for a moving company, DO NOT USE THIS ONE! The staff was so unfriendly and unhelpful. they scratched all of my furniture then took 3 1/2 weeks to send me a claim form. The guy who was in charge of the move had mentioned that he had been to my building before but then after they moved all of my belongings in, wanted to charge me an extra "walking" fee because my apartment was far from the elevator. This happened after I signed my contract saying this is what I was paying. They also dropped a piece of my bed down the elevator shaft and expected me to pay to have an emergency service come out and have it removed. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy.
