I am compelled to write this because I have no idea what the person below is talking about and I want to set the record straight. I LOVE this place! The staff are very nice, really helpful and everything has arrived on time. I've also been a customer since they were on Speer, so what that other person had happen must have been a one-time occurance. It's a small, local company and they need your support. (Say hi to Walter the dog when you go in!)

I have been shopping at this store for years, from when it was just a little known store on Speer, and I have to say that since moving to Cherry Creek it has now won the award for " worst customer experience ever." If you are not buying thousands of dollars in merchandise just forget about them caring a bit about your order, returning your phone calls regarding concerns/questions, or giving you any truthful information. I was told my very time-specific order would be delivered to my house, only to find out that it had been sitting at the store, with no phone call to alert me, past the important date it was needed. Fabulous merchandise, but not worth the incompetent service.
