Best Restaurant & Wine Bar in the Suburbs. We went to Virgilio’s with another couple for their New Year’s Eve winner pairing dinner. I have been to a few wine dinners but this was by far the best. We started with a aperitif (aperol), the wine selection was fantastic, the dinner was a feast for a king, the dessert and port was amazing and we finished with a digestif (lemoncello) wow!!! On a night that was very busy the service was great, our server Jared was the nicest young man who was always checking on us. We made our way to the bar where the band was and just had a ball. I really enjoy this restaurant, the cork walls are really one of the coolest I have ever seen. The wine bar is beautiful and the owner has always stopped by to say hello. There is nothing like Virgilio’s without going downtown. Remember this is a family restaurant so try to sit in the bar area or the room with the tin ceiling next to the bar (less kids). Thank you Virgilio for a fantastic meal and a great New Years Eve. We will be back next year.

Horrible Boss. We were in Virgilio's last night celebrating New Years Eve, we love the food and it's close to our house. I left EXTREMELY upset and now will be sure to tell EVERYONE that i know how horrible of an owner Virgilio is. We were sitting in the bar area and could hear Virgilio talking to the servers by their computer station. " What the F%*#  are you ordering now?" the server responded that her ticket was lost and she was putting in an order. He then yelled at her, making her cry! I have worked in food industry for 15 years and this is NOT how you treat your employees! So after I got home I felt compelled to call and voice my opinion to the manager or even Virgilio himself. The person who answered informed me they were both too busy so I asked to pass my message along- how he treats his employees makes me sick! The poor girl was crying! The best type of advertising is word of mouth and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know what I experienced! After I ranted and raved for a little while the girl preceeded to hang on me. Great Customer Service. I'm surprised he still has any employees at all. Very upset, my family and friends will never go back there.

What a great restaurant. This place is really beautiful, th. What a great restaurant. This place is really beautiful, the cork walls are so cool. It's really nice to find a place that is locally owned that has fantastic food. The homemade mozzarellas, garlic knots & pizza are amazing. The wine list is huge so it may take a few visits to go through it.

Love The Pizza, Best Pizza in Denver. Some of the best pie West of the Mississippi -- OK, I may be exaggerating, but Virgillio's did cut it with both this NY/NJ -ite . What I liked about this joint is that you can 1/2 and 1/2 the pie without problem. I like white, he likes red sauce, We asked for the following pie:

1. Crispy Thin Crust

2. 1/2 Quatro Formagi ( 4 cheese), basil and garlic, no red sauce.

3. 1/2 Dean Martin, red sauce, real bacon, basil and garlic.

The pizza was fantastic. The servers where awesome and this place just has a great feel about it. We also had the Burrata a creamy goodness of mozzarella and cream OMG amazing stuff. Don’t forget to add a plate of prosciutto for $4.00. Amazing wine list also.

Brought me back to my child neighborhood pizzeria. What a cool small place. Walk in and its smells so good with pizza and garlic in the air. I have to say it may be the best pizza in Colorado. The crust is crispy the sauce is tangy and the cheese was the real deal. The garlic knots where fantastic also.
