Dr. Menachof Misled Me. I went to Dr. Michael Menachof complaining of some minor nasal issues. He steered me toward to a surgery that I did not need. I trusted him, and he misled me about the surgery, claiming that it was minor when in fact it was a major deal. The surgery left me with significant pain, and that pain still continues, several years after he operated on me. I am much, much worse off because of the surgery that he performed. I believe that he convinced me to do the surgery not because it was in my best interest, but because he could conduct an expensive surgery and make a lot of money. In my opinion, he is the absolute worst kind of doctor. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from him. Trust me.

worst nose job. Do not use this doctor he left me with so many scars and bumps on my nose and thats after i paid him 7800 dollars.When i came in to show him he acted like i was crazy and he did a great job only my nose is scared up and i regret looking at the magazine and using him for my sergery

The Best Thing I Ever Did For Myself!. I shopped around....a lot. Had a few consults with other doctors. Decided on Dr. Menachof as I had seen two women who had work done by him and they looked great. Seeing is believing. His staff was wonderful and his office very tightly run. I had some facework a few years back that didn't go well and I needed some help in reconstructing a couple of areas. Dr. Menachof took the time to explain what I would need, how long it would take, how much it would cost, and what I could expect. He was patient, kind and very knowledgable. He showed me a computer image of myself before and after, and it turned out exactly as he said it would. He phoned me following the surgery to make sure I was doing okay, which I was. This was a big decision for me, and while I was hopeful, I was also pretty afraid. I couldn't be happier with the results, it's the best thing I have ever done for myself. Bottom line: the man is a genius and I am grateful for his skill and his compassion. I look like myself, not stretched or pulled-only years younger!

Best Facial Plastics Doc in Denver. I recieved a quicklift from Dr. Menachof and couldn't be happier with my results. I didn't want to get a face lift because of how much down time was involved but after going in for my FREE consult, he really helped guide me through what options would work best for me. He was very personable and not only gave me high expectation but had the skills to deliver on them. My only issue was that because it was called the "quicklift", I expected to be on my feet the next day but don't underestimate major surgery. Give yourself plenty of time to get better. I was back to work in a week but dont expect to recover faster than that. I would recomend Dr. Menachof and his staff to anyone who asked. His practice is the premier facial plactics center in Colorado.

Don't Believe a Word He Says. Dr. Michael Menacof is the worst kind of docter. He misled me about a proceedure, and when it went poorly, he wanted nothing to do with me. Trusting him was the WORST decision of my life. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

A Wonderful Office. Dr. Menachof and his staff are warm, friendly and extremely competant. They answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process. I would highly recommend The Center for Aesthetic Surgery to anyone considering anything involving their face. AND - their medical day spa is AWESOME.
