After years of supplying fresh bread to dozens of Denver restaurants, Udi Bar-on and his son Etai have begun using their specialty loaves in meals ranging from breakfast to dinner. The airy little sandwich shop is often crowded with the designer urbanites that call Stapleton home. A lunch highlight is the roasted salmon sandwich with argula on Ciabatta, while a good choice for dinner is the meatballs and tagliatelle pasta in tomato sauce.

My husband and I eat here. Nealry each item on the menu (I haven't tried all of them - YET) is an adventure for the pallette. The taste, textures, and smells take you around the world, and leave you feeling drunk with pleasure. The Small Plates menu is perfect for anyone who wants to experience each dish, truly savor every ingredient, in perfectly appetite pleasing portions. I can't say enough. The service is spectacular; not only friendly, but welcoming - like you've just come home to a family gathering.

Just went to Udi's last night and they had their new menu, WOW. Everything was great. Had the warm hummus starter, which was out of this world. My wife ordered the chick pea ravioli and I had the seared tune. Both dishes were done to perfection. The tuna was perfectly done, seared and almost raw in the middle, the way I like it. The raviloi was amazing and great for summer. The breat of course was awesome.
