In Short – The interior of this elegant two-tiered Larimer Square wine bar features cocoa-hued hardwood floors, sage green and burgundy banquettes, and wooden wine bins that span an entire wall. Wine aficionados gather at the light-wood bar to sample the 50 by-the-glass pours and nosh on map-spanning dishes, including cheese flights, crab cakes, steamed mussels, fondue, and paella. Wow, what a great little restaurant / wine bar! This place has terrific atmosphere, super staff, great wines and excellent food. A really chill experience for a night out - highly recommended!

Great spot for trying wines. Take a look at the list because it changes almost daily. GREAT opportunity to experiment. The manager is committed to customer service and it shows. The bartender has the expertise and loves to share the information if you are interested in learning more. Great spot for light dinner at the bar - alone or with friends. LOVE CRU.

- Cons: Service not as good at the table as it is at the bar.
