Reading thoughts and creating dreams. (comments from a thank you note from bride and groom Nancy and Ryan) We had a wedding during the late spring of 2009. We were late in seeking help and we were referred by our DJ to Kimberle and Elitevents. From the moment we met her to the end of the long wedding day, she took on our wedding planning, filled the holes and fixed the issues and did it all with such ease and grace. She even made our mom's happy/no easy task. My mom loved her so much that she and my dad tipped her very well! Anyway, we had no idea which way to turn when our cake person backed out of our wedding; Kimberle found the best baker, with a great price and we had the most gorgeous cake! She created and design our flowers, created and made our centerpieces, designed our programs, invitations, gave us timelines and checklists and kept us from killing each other when we could not agree...she is grace under fire and instantly was a real success with our family and friends. The best Event Planner in the WORLD!!!. My husband and I were engaged to be married on May 30, 2008. I started doing some planning on my own and realized that I was way over my head. A family friend emailed me knowing that I was having trouble with planning and she recommended Kimberle and her company Elite Events. As soon as I spoke with Kimberle I knew that she was the one to make the wedding of my dreams. Excellent Wedding Planner.
In January, 2006, I was engaged to be married. Upon a recommendation of a friend of mine, I hired Kimberle Rupert at Elitevents to do the
flowers for my Colorado wedding. After speaking with her on the phone, I knew that she had my vision for the entire wedding, and hired her as my wedding planner. This decision was THE BEST I could've made for our wedding. Kimberle was SO thoughtful and creative with ideas. She helped coordinate everything from the cake to the venue to the flowers. She spent endless hours on the details of our wedding. Details such as the programs that I wouldn't have been able to create. She found our pastor and got a discount on the valet parking service. Our wedding was complicated as it was held in a private home, which had to be decorated, as it wasn't "lived in". She made it very cozy and our guests were extremely happy with the atmosphere and comfort. Kimberle was there for every minute question...every "Bridezilla" moment, and answered every concern we had. Since I lived in another state, I was unable to attend alot of the vendor meetings. This made me nervous, but I knew that having Kimberle in my corner, everything would be fine. For example, Kimberle met our DJ, after a long day of work, and made sure he knew what songs I wanted played. She really made the wedding beautiful. AND she also, with very little cost, helped plan the rehearsal dinner. We wanted a casual theme and she came up with a few ideas that made our guest's children very happy and comfortable.
I recommend Kimberle, her husband Mike, and her staff for any event...especially if you are planning a wedding of your dreams! Her ideas and creativeness will make your wedding day special and tailored to your own needs and budget. Kimberle is a wonderful person and excellent wedding planner. THE WEDDING OF MY DREAMS. When planning a wedding and having a budget, it is very hard and frustrating. Choosing Elite events was what I needed to ease my mind and focus on the things that matter. Kimberley made my wedding incredible and affordable. I left the decisions in her hands (I am not very creative or domesticated) and it was the best decision I made. It was far beyond anything I had ever imagined! Our flowers, center pieces and decorations were exactly what we wanted and more. It was the topic of conversation between my husband and I and the guests during and after the wedding. We still talk about it and it was months ago. Thank you Elitevents. Kim went out of her way to make sure that our wedding was absolutely georgous. She helped out with so many things that we would have never thought about until it was to late. She has amazing taste and beautiful ideas. Our center pieces were very unique and classy and I just loved them.
