From the reviews of The Turnkey Traveler,we plan a visit.
There is a new , fabulous blog site called, The Turnkey
Traveler and because of its great sharing of so many things of Colorado, we are stoked to check out places and activities they have mentioned. Beso De Arte was one they highly recommended and we plan to check it out after the holidays. We and many of our our friends are strong advocates of this new start up blog. It is absolutely amazing and so what we have needed. It is the reason we will be checking you out.
Great Experience!. Great cocktails and food, amazing atmosphere. Perfect for a preconcert destination or date night.
We LOVE this place!. Beautiful Space with wonderful service and food! We love bringing out of town guests here!
Great food, excellent service and a nice place. I was a little skeptical reading other reviews but we wanted to go check it out for ourselves. I'm glad we did as the service was very good and the staff was friendly and courteous. Started off at the bar where the bartender was very entertaining and friendly. We did not have to wait long for a table and the server was right there and checked on us often. The food was very good and had a good presentation. Overall a great dinner.
Ouch. Cool place, but food was way overpriced for what you get. Both my girlfriend and I felt sick the rest of the night, too much grease most likely. Cocktails were less than average as well.
Very Disappointed. This is a great location and building and that is about it. I ordered one of the lava bowls which came out flaming hot (a plus), but was greasy and the pork looked like ground beef. The black beans that came on the side had a very weird taste and an odd visual and consistency to them. They looked almost gray. Rice looked and tasted like boxed Rice-A-Roni. Guacamole was bland. Drinks were below average. This place is way overpriced and their claim of being upscale is only substantiated by the prices on their menu. The stomach ache throughout the night and the next morning are enough evidence to avoid returning. Overall, they are trying too hard to be upscale and put a fancy twist to simple authentic dishes. The menu items are best described as a hodge podge of Latin/Hispanic/Mexican dishes. There are several other great options around town for half the price.
Beutiful ambiance, great food!. I love Beso! Great Latin American food, Mojitos to die for. Try the fish tacos, they are unique! And the sweet potato fries with chipotle dip are yummy. The service is prompt and friendly, and the town of Morrison is a fun place to walk around and visit, with all the tourist shops. A great place to go before a concert at Red Rocks. Try the patio on a crisp fall evening; they'll light the gas fireplace, giving the the patio a warm ambiance. As you can see, I'm a fan!
The patio is beautiful, and the service was fantastic!. My husband and I were heading to a concert, and what better way to start off a great night than to eat at a restaurant in the scenic town of Morrison. We were driving through and saw this gorgeous patio, so we had to stop. It was about 6:00 and although things looked hectic, we were seated almost immediately. We got our drinks immediately, and our server was very personable. I ordered the Pechuga con Tomatillo, which is a chicken breast topped with a tomatillo sauce and mushrooms- fantastic! It was mexican food with a sophisticated twist. The mojitos were to die for, and my husband's margarita was just as delicious. You simply must try it!
Great Food and Patio, Nice Server.
We came out to Morrison for an afternoon of shopping when we noticed Beso De Arte's beautiful
Patio, so we decided to stop in for dinner. When we stopped in, it was around 4:30 and our very polite server said that they didn't start dinner til 5:00 which was fine with us. We shared some delicious guacamole till it was time to order dinner. We had a great time at Beso De Arte even though we had to wait thirty minutes to order dinner. Our server was super nice and we will definatly return!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!. Outdoor patio is nice. However, the food is awful!! My husband and I went here for our anniversary on 5/25/08. My husband ordered the steak fajitas, the meat was pasty and mushy. I ordered the pork lava bowl it came with pico de gallo over some lettuce, there was probably a teaspoon of the pico de gallo. The black beans were watery and the rice was pasty also. I swear the meat tasted and smelled like it was canned meat. The tortillas were old tasting and to top it off the margaritas were awful and over priced. Not a good way to spend an anniversary. Take my advice save your money, you would be better off at Taco Bell!!
