Editorial Review for Ocean – by Ephraim Mallery
In Short
The spacious dining room features plush seafoam-green chairs, crisp white tablcloths and a sky-blue ceiling. An innovative menu consists of fish that have been wild-caught or farm-raised with the ocean's fragile ecosystem in mind. From there, expert chefs dash filets of Atlantic salmon or ahi tuna with rich sauces such as peppercorn brandy or lobster basil. Seafood can be paired with juicy, sizzling cuts of beef for outstanding surf-and-turf combinations.

Love this place. Have been here several times and am always impressed. Their oysters are to die for. I ordered the trout last time I was there and it was delicious. Try their lobster mac and cheese - you'll be impressed! Enjoy!
Pros: Great seafood, love the cherry creek location, ambience, service
Cons: parking can be tough -

I rarely ever write review for these types of sites. However, I am compelled to share a little detail about one of the finest dining experiences I have ever had. The Mojitos are the best in the city. I think Ocean knows this as they are priced as such. Either way, still worth a try. We started with the surf and turf sushi roll. Again, one of the top five rolls I have had anywhere in the country. The entrees were adequate in size, visually appealing and certainly worth the price. The atmosphere is engaging and the service was remarkable. We had five different people waiting on us at various times. All of them knew the menu well. We topped it all off with peanut butter cheesecake. I recommed this choice but I also recommend you split this treat with your spouse. It is extremely rich and quite filling despite the small portion size. Perhaps its small for a reason now that i think about it. Ocean isn't a place to go on a budget. We topped $200 for two people. We did try quite a few items but still pricey in the end. We will definately return to try the many other menu items that made your mouth water just reading about. Give it a try!
Pros: Just about everything
Cons: You have to stop eating at some point
