I've gone to Treo a few times [including when it was still called "Stallions"], and every single experience has been negative. The food is average at best. There have been a few occasions where it wasn't terrible, but still not worth the price. Then there have been times where I've sent it back because it either was undercooked/overcooked, cold, or the completely wrong order... But the thing that really ruined the place for me was the staff. I've worked in restaurants, and I can say that Treo is the most unprofessional place I have ever been in. I've seen the owner, Yuda, acting completely inappropriately, such as screaming at guests and staff. The "managers" seem to always be either sitting at the bar drinking or flirting instead of doing their jobs. The rest of the staff is just as bad. One night I saw a female bartender almost climb across the bar to fight with a guest after seeing one of the male bartenders talking to the guest. Very, very trashy. I've returned to Treo a few times hoping that I just keep coming in on a bad night. But every night is the same. Save your money, and go somewhere that's a little more civilized. I know I will be.
Pros: lots of parking, good location
Cons: terrible service, unprofessional staff, food isn't very good

This was our first experience with Treo. We called in our order tonight. The guy on the phone said it would be about 25 minutes. My husband went down there with about 5 minutes to spare and still had to wait 30 minutes for the food. When he brought it home, my burger was supposed to be well done, but was very rare... about 1 mm of brown, the rest pink!!! Not only that, but it wasn't hot. His chicken sandwich was cold and made incorrectly. The fries were soggy and on the brink of room temp and cold. The kids burgers were paper thin. McDonald's makes thicker .99 burgers than that. Then, we were told we couldn't use the buy one get one free coupon because they didn't have lids for the "to go" cups and the coupon requires you to purchase two drinks to use it. I have to say... I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Not to mention, while my husband was waiting, he noticed about 3 or 4 couples come in and wait appox 15 minutes to get noticed to be seated. I think the owner is too big for his own britches and needs to focus on customer service. Won't surprise me if the place sinks within a year. Can't wait to share with the rest of Heritage at Lone Tree! I was going to show them wrong and come back with a good review, but it appears nothing has changed from their own experiences.
Pros: It's close to our house, good for cheap pool nights.
Cons: Poor food, horrible service.
