About Cherry Creek Wellness Center

Provided by: Citysearch Citysearch | Yellowbook Yellowbook

  • Highly Skilled Massage Therapy
  • Pilates & Personal Training
  • Licensed Physical Therapists

Cherry Creek Wellness Center has high quality and committed physical therapists. The key areas of focus are physical therapy (PT), massage therapy, Pilates and personal training.

Physical therapy is given one patient at a time, making this one-on-one approach very unique. The therapists use detailed bio mechanical evaluations for the most thorough diagnosis and care. Pilates based exercises are incorporated into each PT plan.

Although Cherry Creek Wellness Center isn?t a day spa, therapeutic massages for neck and back pain as well as relaxing massages are offered. The massage suite is separate from the PT clinic, providing a more relaxing area for massage therapy clients.

Personal training is designed specifically for each client. Two to three people participate in sessions at a time, offering motivation and accountability in addition to making the training more affordable.  View Less

Unfair Billing Practices. I visited this office one time for an initial consultation. When I called, I was very careful to ask how much the initial consultation would cost and how much each additional visit would be - I was told that, with insurance, there would be no charge for visits and no copay.

I had a very quick 20 minute initial consultation which did not completely address the problem I was having. In fact, it barely covered the problem and certainly did nothing to relieve the problem or even any of the symptoms.

I let it go at the time because my understanding was that insurance pays $20 and they had told me there was no copay. How much can you really expect for $20? 20 minutes seemed reasonable

Today, I received a bill that stated that they had submitted a bill my insurance $135 for this visit and that my portion was $20. I called back to the number that I had made the initial appoint through and they looked up my chart and confirmed that they had told me "no copay" and "no out-of-pocket" for visits. I called the Billing dept and spoke with a person who told me that I did owe $20 and said "you can call your insurance company". Later, I received a call from the original person who had told me "no copay" and "no out-of-pocket" stating that she had been wrong and I did owe $20.

Great way to start the relationship. I'll bet they are thinking that I'll be making dozens of appointments and happily making $20 copays and allowing my insurance company to be ripped off while they are not even addressing the reason why I am there!  View Less

Didn't solve my problem and billed me 1 year later!. I saw one of their PTs in Lone Tree for 3 months who wasn't able to figure out my problem. Finally went to another PT, who was able to solve my issue. Then - 1 year later, I receive a bill for an unpaid co-pay. I called to understand why it took 1 year to bill me and, without any apologies, the billing person send me a very abusive letter threatening to turn my account over to a collection agency, even though the billing issue was their fault.  View Less View More

Great Massage. I went here last week and I already booked another appointment. The service is great and they have a few locations around town.
