Horrible experience. Horrible , horrible experience, people has no idea about service and is very rude. Dont even waste your time or money to go there, the service is terrible. You dont want to go out, spend money and be treated really bad.

pickpockets. How disappointing. My husband and I went to Jazz at Jack's recently and someone pickpocketed his wallet out of his back pocket while we were watching the show! I did manage to find his credit cards in the women's bathroom, after we searched the floor area. Waitresses were helpful in looking, but management is denying this could happen in their establishment!

Best Live Jazz. The First Fridays was great fun. Free food and jazz. Cant go wrong with that! We had a great time.

Loved the band and M&Ds BBQ.

Great Jazz. Went to JazzyJacks as a group of about 30 for a friends Bday . It was my first time there. It was nothing like I expected. I was not a jazz fan, but am now. The band was freaking awesome, we were treated great. The club looks like its straight out of New York . I was so surprised.

Very cool jazz room.. Love the place, cool vibe, very seductive with great jazz. Went on a Friday and Sunday night, both nights it was pretty packed. Good service, strong drinks. I recommend it .
