Great Hotspot for Hair. I went to Rita B Salon because a friend suggested I go. My hair is fine and limp with little volume and tended to take forever to grow. Not only did I get a great cut and color but Tricia gave me some suggestions on what I could do to give my hair that "umph" it needed. It's been 4 months now and I'm happy to report my hair has never looked better. Tricia continues to guide me on my hair journey and I have never looked better!

Dynamic Duo Takeover!!!. As an employee of Jet Nightclub, I started coming upstairs to see Scott and have continued long after my leave from the beautiful hotel. This salon has a character all its own and is my "hair" home away from home. Scott is nothing short of an incredible talent! Whether I come in knowing exactly what I want or dealing with one of those days where I have NO idea...I always end up leaving with what I love more than what I had imagined...or couldn't imagine :) There is no doubt in my mind that, as long as I'm in Colorado, Rita B. will forever be my go to gal!!!

BEST HAIR EXPERIENCE!. I've been going to Rita B on Wazee now for a year. I moved here from NC and worried about finding a great stylist. I came across this salon through WeeklyPlus and thank GOD for them! I see Scott L. the owner. I always look forward to going b/c everytime I go, i'm smiling for weeks! I have not been disappointed with his cut or color and the staff is personable and friendly, the location is convenient and the salon is so adorable! I LOVE going to see Scott and I absolutely reccommend trying them out! You'll wonder where the heck you've been all this time!

A diamond in the rough... this salon is a gem!. Rita B Downtown was such a breath of fresh air for me. I walked in not knowing what to expect, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted like I was part of the family and I just got home for Christmas after years of being away. Everyone is so sweet. Tricia did my hair, and she had so many pointers on how to build the strength of my hair over time. I have dry hair (I was told everyone who lives in this climate has hair on the dryer side) and she gave me a few tasks as "homework" to get my hair in better shape, like sleeping on a softer pillow case... genius! What I really liked about my stylist is that she told me no. I have dark brown hair, and I walked in not really knowing what I wanted. So I blurted out that maybe we should do highlights. Tricia wasn't afraid to tell me why that wouldn't work for my hair, and help me understand the benefits of what she had in mind for me. I could tell she really cared instead of just plopping some bleach on my head. She took the time to explain things to me. And she even gave me a great "cheek sweep" out of my weird bangs that I cut myself.

Even better, the owner of the salon downtown is part of an entire dynasty of hair professionals, his mom actually IS Rita B, and I do believe Tricia mentioned to me that his whole family does hair. I love how the salon is set up, it makes you feel like you matter, instead of walking into a big, empty, stale salon... this location is warm and cozy, and is inside of a nightclub/hotel... next time I make my appointment, I will be sure to grab a drink from downstairs!

Do you dream of a stylist who is a perfectionist?. If you have ever considered getting a Brazilian Blowout, you MUST go to Scott at Rita B Salon! My hair is naturally thick, coarse, frizzy, and wavy. The blowout procedure took about 2 hours, but now it is saving me tons of time getting ready in the morning. My hair is now super easy to style, and it is so smooth and shiny, I am getting tons of compliments! Love it, love it, love it. PS - I also get my hair cut and styled by Scott, and he is truly a perfectionist. He does such a great job and I recommend him to all of my friends.

SO MUCH SPICE!. I am new to the area, and decided to try Rita B's and LOVED it!

My hairstylist that day was Kayla. She was a young, very friendly girl. (her scalp massages are amazing!!)

I was in the salon for a couple hours, dying and cutting my hair. When I went in, I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and she came up with a few great ideas.

I was very pleased leaving the salon, and would definitly recommend this salon to my friends.

DON'T GO TO RITA B's!. Here is what happened....I normally pay $18 - $22 for a haricut. I got a coupon for Rita B for a $15 style and haircut. They said its normally $45. ITS WORTH $10.

My hair has large curles. I asked if she could tighten them. She said maybe with product, like gel. Weird that she can't do that style. Its doesn't seem complex.

I told her 3 times if she cut it too short or did more than a trim it would not curl at all. SHE CUT IT VERY SHORT. There is ZERO curl.

In addition my appointment was for noon. While driving there the "stylist" called and said she was 15 mins behind schedule. I was on my way so I figured I would wait there. I waited for 50 minutes. She was 50 minutes behind schedule.

Then could not style it....then did EXACTLY what I told her NOT to do. THAT'S NOT A $45 HAIR CUT.

When I get $18 haricuts they are better.

This is a joke. They get people without skill and just charge a high amount.

And by the way....at the Wazee location where I went, there is no waiting room or front area. There is one chair and one short bench right next to a person getting her hair cut. For 50 minutes I listened to a bitter "stylist" complain about her life and how hard it is to get on a bus with 3 kids.

She was coloring someone's hair and when there was a few mintues to let it set she went outside and smoked. So if you don't want a "stylist" who smells like smoke working on you...don't go here.

If you actually want your hair styled....don't go here.

If you say you don't want mroe than a trim and want your hair to stay curley....and further explain that cutting too much will make it wavey.....and don't want to get so much cut off that its not even wavey.....just straight.....DON'T go here.

A waste and a joke and I am angry I have this haircut for the next several weeks.

What a scam!

Is such a great stylist. She is always coming up with new and innovative ideas for my hair! She incorporates my style with all the new styles that are hot, young and fresh. The salon it's self is modern and has a great vibe. Thanks Keva!

new fresh look for the Winter Park Jazz Fest and then again for a evening dinner show. Both times I was just blow away by this young lady's abilities and how healthy my hair is now. Love the new color, cut and amazing bounce, body and cut. When I left the salon I feel new.. Thank You
