I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. The Parker MaidPro office cleaned my home 4 times over 2 months and I had to call and complain about the quality of service twice. Each time there were 5-10 major things that were not done, although advertised on their '49 Point Checklist'. During one re-clean, we allowed their employees in our home unsupervised. Our vacuum cleaner was in our hall closet the day before and when we went to get it the day after they had been in our house, it was missing. I called to report the incident, even initially suggesting that it could have been taken by mistake. I also agreed to check and re-check my home to see if it got misplaced. After still not finding the missing vacuum, I filled out a formal claim form. The Parker MaidPro office initially told me they would reimburse me for the value of the vacuum, but once I called to cancel my service (after the second complaint of a poor job), the manager blatantly called me a liar and shady and suggested I was trying to scam their company. She refused to handle my stolen vacuum claim internally and suggested I file a police report. (no problem!) I probably could have overlooked the few things that weren't cleaned in our home (although it was annoying considering the high price they charge), but once I was argued with and treated so poorly regarding a claim I had, I will never use or recommend them again!

Amazing Service All around. I have been using MaidPro for 2 and half years and they always still seem to amaze me. It is a joy to call the office and get a live voice and the girls who come always do a great job. Thanks for the excellent service. Alma and Carmen are the best. JS

MaidPro Rocks - they are the best house cleaning in Parker. I have been using MaidPro Parker for over 2 two years on a weekly basis and they are absoluteloy amazing. I am very pleased and have highly recommend them. They are the best at service and customer service. Very professional company. My home is always spotless and they are willing to accomodate by busy schedule. Very resonably priced. I have referred many friends and family as well.

Horrible!!. Almost ruined my hardwood floors, overcharged me and even hung up on me when I complained. Wow really bad!

Absolutely THE BEST. WOW! Just when I think I've had the best housecleaning yet, the next time, it is even better! I hope Carmen is a part of our schedule from now on! She was AWESOME! I want to shout it from the rooftops! MaidPro ROCKS! :) What an absolute joy to come home to a beautifully clean house!
