Jet Hotel

Worst Hotel EVER!!!. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Now that I'm looking at the reviews, I wonder why I wasted money there. By all means, stay away from this ghetto hotel. Service is horrible, rooms are trashy at best, the bouncers wont even let you get up to your rooms at night! This place is seriously a JOKE! I love Denver and this hotel just ruins it! If you want to have a great experience in Denver, DON'T STAY HERE!!! Oh, and by the way, they have cockroaches all over in the rooms, and the guy across the hall from me had a bed full of BUGS!!!…

Nightclub not a hotel. We made a late night reservation to avoid driving home. The person who took the reservation did ask if we knew they had a "disco". Disco? Who has a disco? What hotel in Denver has a nightclub that takes up their entire lobby?? Needless to say after eventually finding our way inside, finally finding where the front desk normally is (it's to the right of the DJ) to find no one manning the front desk. Called multiple times and waited - finally left and retried to have the pleasure of speaking with the "assistant manager" who was beyond rude. They would not cancel our reservation and even charged us. All this taking place after midnight. We found sanctuary from the insanity at The Oxford Hotel. Stay away if you are looking for a hotel not a nightclub.…

Racism at the Jet Bar in Lodo. Recently, a group of friends and I encountered a racist act by the staff at the Jet Lounge in Lodo Denver. While the club was relatively empty, they decided our money was good enough. Once patrons started filling up the place, the club decided that our look (group of well dressed black men) was not the image they wanted to convey, and we were asked to leave based on our attire (button-up shirt, dress shoes and knitted winter hat). Now, this would not have been an issue if this was pointed out by the doormen when we were let in. Nor would it have been a problem if told this before buying a couple rounds of drinks over an hour and a half time period. However, the biggest issue was that several other patrons (white) were wearing baseball caps and sneakers and were not asked to take them off and/or leave, even after we pointed this out. You decide.
