BEWARE - Unrealistic Overcharges. I had used Fred about three years ago and he did a minor check of my furnace at the price agreed upon.

Last year I had a problem with the furnace and he quoted a $35 trip charge + a $35 diagnostic fee. He determined I needed a new thermocouple and installed one, charging me $144.39 for the part that can be purchased at any big box store or hardware store for less than $12. The labor charge was $70 for a total of $284. He then suggested that I probably needed a new gas valve (he did not test the valve) for $363. I declined and later checked to find the gas valve sells locally for $149.

This guy is Not your friend!

Overpriced/Unreliable/Unprofessional. Was overcharged for my promised furnace, then a lesser different one was installed without my knowledge (until I compared model numbers and called him on it). Never showed up when he said he would, didn't make inspection appointments when he said he would. After putting a hold on half the payment with the credit card company, he finally reimbursed me some for the difference in furnaces. What should have taken 2 weeks took 3 months. 5 months after the installation the condenser pump went out. He also charged a friend of mine over $300 for a simple furnace clean & inspect. Absolute worst! Run away!

Unprofessional. They installed central air in my home, claiming they had experience. The owner's son was the one to install it, and he didn't know what he was doing. His partner kept saying, "You should call you dad." It leaked, ruining my ceiling. They were rude, even when they weren't able to fix it. When they couldn't fix it, I had to call another company. The owner finally admitted that they didn't have enough experience installing central air systems. I don't know how much I spent to fix it, but it took almost a year. This was a disaster. I couldn't recommend this company at all for anything.
