so so Pho. I really used to think this place was the best pho, but that's because i had no other places to compare it to. I'd eat here all the time, and it was good. But after having pho at a local competetor on parker and yale ("GS" is the initials of the place, i'll keep it secret so the review remains neutral) it blew pho 79 out of the water, but I would still say that pho 79 is better than most other pho restaurants out there. so if you want more of the same mundane pho, keep going to Pho 79.

One of the best Pho places. PERIOD.. One of the Best Pho places in town. On weekends in the morning, call ahead and place your order for pickup so you don't have to deal with the crowd. I LOVE this place! Also, order extra broth so you can freeze it and make your own later.

Excellent Pho!. So it is true, Pho 79 does deliver great food. Except for sometimes; for example, sometimes the soup is just warm. But still! It tastes VERY good. They give plenty of Bean Sprouts, basil, and limes. For the price, definitely worth it. There's no such thing as waiting for their food, while you're famished, and don't have time to spare! 3 words, Fast and Satisfying!

The Rice plates and eggrolls are not as good as some I'd like it to be. But at least there's a mix of different dishes, besides the pho.

Fabulous Pho!! Pho Fans look no further!!. Ok this place has very, very good food. Very fast. Very, Very prompt and kind staff. They are generous in their portion sizes and the prices can't be beat anywhere. I am serious. Food here is very fresh and very tasty. I recommend the avacado or soursop boba for desert, it comes in a to go cup and it is uniquely delicious. They also do carry out orders. It is a relaxed atmosphere. Real food served by real people at really good prices. I like the cheezy decor as it is down to earth. They have won many awards for best Pho and I completely agree and so does my Viatnamese friend (who is from California and is a self proclaimed Pho expert :) ) If I were you I would give this one a try. Come on...it wont hurt a bit I promise.
