Bad Sevice and OK food. We went in for lunch on 4-11-2009. I had the roasted pablano chili buger with pablano aioli. It didn't have roasted pablanos or pablano aioli. Instead it had chipolte mayo. My wife's burger was bland and overcooked. Her burger was served with mushy frozen penne - don't ever order that! Our food was cold by the time it made it to the table and our service was lacking. We were never even asked if our food was ok or thanked for our coming in until we had paid and were on our way out the door. Mediocre food and terrible service! We won't be going back or suggesting this place to anyone else. Oh - and the chips and salsa - $3.50 for Pace Picante sauce and bag chips!…
Incredible food!. I loved every moment i was in this restaurant, the waitresses were so friendly and even the cooks came over and made us laugh. everyone was so relaxed and the food was so fresh. Drew's homemade soup he made just that day was the best soup i have ever had, literally. thanks for the great experience.…
The ultimate neighborhood bar. The Grandview is the bar we all wish was just around the corner from home. The feel is warm and inviting, with big booths, comfortable barstools and a small, cozy patio. The backbar itself is something to see. Featuring beautiful darkwoods and a great mirror, it's well-appointed with premium spirits, and flat-screen TVs on either end. The menu is concise and unique with something for everyone, and the kitchen crew is fast and precise, despite a relatively cramped working space. Great steaks, tasty sandwiches, shrimp & chicken skewers, veggie dishes, big, fresh salads... you just can't go wrong. Be forewarned: Poblano Burgers are extremely habit-forming. The wine list is simple and sublime, with stars in every category and price range. A knowledgable, friendly, attractive staff complements the easy-going regular crowd. Hosts Kevin and Doug are the epitome of cool. I, for one, am thankful they've chosen this business. See you there.…
Editorial Review by Dave Flomberg. Located in Arvada's first two-story building, this tavern is known for its wide microbrew selection, healthy designer menu and cozy confines.
Finally a decent place in Olde Town. The Grandview is cozy and they have really good food. The staff is very friendly and attentive, I just wish they had a pool table!
