Jamie, the salon's owner, has been doing my hair for two years and I'm always satisfied and happy with the results. My hair is tricky to cut and style but Jamie always gives me a beautiful haircut and color that earns me compliments among my friends and relatives. The front staff has always been professional, friendly, and attentive. Every time I've gone to the salon, I've been treated great! I honestly recommend Jamie and her staff at Salon Cosabella to everyone!!!
I have been going to a stylist who I really like at this salon for several years, first at the Flatirons location when that was open and now the Arista. But recently, their scheduling problems have forced me to take my business elsewhere. Back in March, I had scheduled a cut and highlight, but somehow “the computer messed up” and scheduled my cut at a completely different time the same day as my highlight, causing salon staff to call the day of and tell me my stylist would not be able to cut my hair, but maybe someone else could squeeze me in. That was somewhat annoying, because I drive all the way across town (about 45 min. each way) to get to this salon, and I only go there to see my particular stylist—otherwise I wouldn’t bother! Luckily, the person scheduled after me was either late or cancelled at the last minute, so in the end I was able to still have my stylist cut my hair that time. Now, for my most recent appointment, “the computer messed up” again, because my appointment was moved forward ½ hour earlier than what was scheduled and stated in my confirmation email from the salon, and no one from the salon notified me until I was almost there and they called me thinking I was late for my appointment. So I drove all the way across town after having hired a sitter to watch my daughter, and after sitting in the reception area for 15 minutes waiting for another stylist who they had told me was available, I just had to leave because my sitter couldn’t stay all afternoon. So I ended up with no haircut, an emptier gas tank, paying a sitter for nothing, and a completely wasted afternoon, all because of their “computer issues”. And on top of it all, I left there with the feeling that they didn’t care if I ever returned in the future, because other than telling me I could come back the next day (I couldn’t—no sitter) they didn’t even offer to set up a future appointment with my stylist! If my stylist ever left and worked at a different salon, I’d happily go to her again because I don’t think any of this was her fault, but for now I guess I will be looking for a new salon.

until recently his partner died so he had to took sometime off. I didn't know who to go to ,so I 've been going to different salon and wasn't happy with my haircut,I took a chance and went to salon cosabella and asked for the best and i chose the owner thinking that if she is the owner with her experience I would get a good haircut and also did not mind how much ii't going to cost .after I got home and wash my hair and stlyle it was not a professional
haircut...... I would never go back there
Zach and Salon Cosabella are THE BEST!!! – I had been going to a different salon for many years. A friend of mine continued to tell me about Zach and how great he is at hair. I was reluctant to try someone new so my friend decided to buy me a gift certificate so I would HAVE to try him at least once. Well...needless to say, I have been going to him ever since. Zach continues to treat me with the same level of expertise and commitment as he did on my first visit. He truly is an artist!
Salon Cosabella is beautiful. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel valued and appreciated. The entire staff is amazing and the products they use are the best! Thank you Salon Cosabella and Zach for your continued devotion and dedication to be the best in the industry.
Arista – My first experience at this salon was not the best, however I e-mailed the owner afterwards expressing my disappointment, went in for a second appointment and had a GREAT experience. I was impressed by the salon's level of customer service - not only did the owner respond almost immediately to my e-mail, she also offered to re-do my hair at my convenience and even came in on a day off to do it. When I went in, she listened to my concerns, asked questions and then colored & cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I've been back once since then and will continue to return! My color is perfect, and I love the cut & style! They also use Kerastase products in the salon; they are the BEST!
Amazing – Love it! They have the full Bumble line and Kerastas!! The best products ever :) Had my first appointment and the girl was super knowledgeable and nice. I will be back!!
