good experience, don't understand the negative reviews. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment and was able to get my eyebrows done immediately. The young woman who attended to me was very courteous, and she did a very careful and thorough job. The price ($10) is reasonable for a visible improvement. Two months ago I paid over twice that to get my brows waxed at a pricey salon, and afterward, I couldn't even tell the difference.

worst customer service. I would like to give a zero star rating for this beauty salon. for the worst customer service I ever saw. The women kept me waiting for 3 hours to get my eyebrows done. when asked about it she does not seem to care. they have no value for your time. never go until and unless you have ample time and ready to bear with the attitude of the people working in the salon

Good Beauty Salon..now that the original owner is BACK !. Ujala is back ! For all of us who were having a tuf time with our beauty services,will be happy to know that the parlor is again being run by the original owner.The place had been cleaned up.You will get excellent beauty tips and not too mention very good threading jobs,facials and haircuts done.You also dont need to make an appointment and can drop in and have a great service.I had a great time..hope so for u too !

avoid this place!. i had THE most terrible experience at this place .. i took an appointment for a facial on the weekend only to arrive on time & be told that i will have 2 wait until the beautician is done with the 10 other ppl before me ( there is only 1 lady running the whole show!!) 2 hours later when (finally) my turn comes i was in for the biggest shock .. she did my facial while working on 5 other ppl at the same time!!! & not once did i see her washing her hands) .. she applied some cream on my face (so much for cleanup.. lol) and disappeared to work on another client .. half an hour later she returns,turns the steamer on and disappears to work on the next client! Aeons later (the water in the steamer had dried out by then.. u can imagine!!!) she returns to do the next step and so on .. & thats how my facial lasted for a whole of 4 hours!!!(the actual massage would have lasted all of ten min lol)

the icing on the cake was when she charged me 50$ for the whole or(deal)!!! i was never asked not informed abt the kind of facial she was doing and i can guarantee that it wasn't a shehnaz facial (given the fact that shehnaz facials are the most expensive at Indian parlors)

PLZ~STAY AWAY from this place if u want to get a facial .. this place is ok for threading as its cheap but dont go expecting anything great .. very below average kinda place ..
